titleOfInvention Composite type damping material with excellent adhesion, damping properties, and end face peel resistance
abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To provide a composite vibration damping material having excellent adhesion, vibration damping property, end face delamination resistance, and further excellent weldability. [Structure] A sandwich type composite damping material comprising three layers of a metal plate / a viscoelastic substance intermediate layer / a metal plate, wherein a viscoelastic resin containing a weather resistance improver or a weather resistance is used as the viscoelastic substance intermediate layer. It is characterized in that a viscoelastic resin containing a conductive filler containing an improving agent is used. The amount of the weather resistance improver added is 0.5 to 10 wt% with respect to the total solid content of the resin. Is preferred. As the weather resistance improver, one or more kinds of light stabilizers and ultraviolet absorbers are used. The addition amount of the conductive filler is preferably 5 to 40 wt% with respect to the total solid content of the resin. Opening of the composite type vibration damping material due to deterioration of the resin on the end surface due to light, ultraviolet rays, etc. during long-term use in a corrosive atmosphere does not occur (end surface peeling resistance). Suitable for composite type damping material used in building materials, automobiles, home appliances, etc.
