abstract (57) [Summary] [Object] To provide an exhaust device of an electrophotographic apparatus capable of improving the assembling property of an ozone filter and a fan motor and the workability of exchanging an ozone filter. The ozone filter 3 is removably inserted from the downstream end of the duct 4 in the air flow direction toward the upstream side, and the ozone filter 3 is elastically held by the duct 4 by the elasticity of the air seal member 8. A protrusion 9 is provided in the duct 4 as a regulating member that regulates the maximum amount a when the ozone filter 3 is inserted, and the amount b protruding from the end of the duct 4 is obtained.
