abstract (57) [Summary] [Objective] The value of the spheroidization rate of graphite can be instantly recognized visually, and the work of measuring the spheroidization rate of graphite can be performed easily. [Structure] Until the ultrasonic wave emitted from the ultrasonic oscillator of the ultrasonic probe propagates inside the object to be measured, is reflected by the bottom surface inside the object to be received, and is received by the receiver of the ultrasonic probe. The ultrasonic wave propagation velocity is measured based on the propagation time of, the graphite spheroidization rate of the measured object is calculated based on the measurement result, and the graphite spheroidization rate of the measured object is calculated by performing a display process on the calculation result. The band graph 17 is displayed on the panel section 16A of the liquid crystal display 16. And the graph of graphite morphology 18 is displayed so as to correspond to the upper and lower sides of the band graph 17. Thereby, the spheroidization rate of graphite can be visually and instantly recognized.
