titleOfInvention Fluorescent indicator for measuring the activity of alkali metal ions in sample solutions
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] Fluorescent indicator for measuring the activity of alkali metal ions in a sample solution based on fluorescence decay time. 【Construction】 This indicator has at least three constitutions chemically bonded to each other. It has a moiety, a fluorophore, a functional group that can influence the fluorescence decay time of the fluorophore, and an ionophore that binds selectively and reversibly to the alkali metal ion to be measured. The effect of functional groups on the fluorophore decay time varies depending on the activity of the alkali metal ion.
