abstract (57) [Summary] [Structure] (A) A dicarboxylic acid component unit selected from a terephthalic acid unit, an isophthalic acid unit and an orthophthalic acid unit, and a dihydroxy compound component unit selected from an ethylene glycol unit, a diethylene glycol unit and a cyclohexanedimethanol unit. And a saturated polyester having an intrinsic viscosity [η] of 0.5 to 1.4 dl / g: 50 to 9 9 parts by weight, (B) a metal salt of an ethylene / unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer: 30 to 0.5 parts by weight, and (C) a component unit derived from an unsaturated carboxylic acid or a derivative thereof are graft-copolymerized. Saturated polyester resin composition consisting of 40 to 0.5 parts by weight of modified ethylene / α-olefin copolymer rubber having the above (B) and (C) in a specific range. [Effect] Excellent impact resistance at low temperature, rigidity and moldability.
