abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To give a matte appearance without patter on the surface of molded products without impairing the mechanical properties and electrical properties of polyacetal resin. [Structure] A core-shell polymer comprising an alkyl acrylate-based rubber-like core portion and a methyl methacrylate-based glass-like shell portion, and the conversion rate to the polymer at the end of monomer addition during polymerization of the shell portion is 80% or less. And a polyacetal resin composition obtained by kneading and blending the core-shell polymer with a polyacetal resin.
