[R 1 : 3-7 membered cyclic amino, di (C 1 -C 6 alkyl) amino; R 2 : CSNHR 3 , CO-A-NHCS NHR 3 (R 3 : C 1 -C 6 alkyl, C 3 -C 10 cycloalkyl, optionally substituted C 6 -C 10 aryl, optionally substituted C 7 -C 11 aralkyl; A: C 1- C 5 Alkylene)] [Effect] This compound has excellent gastric acid secretion inhibitory action and anti-ulcer action, and Helicobacter pylori ( Helicobacter pylori) It has an antibacterial action against ylori ) and is useful as an anti-ulcer agent.
