[Structure] In the coexistence of one or more compounds having a chelating effect, which contains a functional group represented by a specific chemical formula or a salt thereof in the structure and does not contain an aromatic hydrocarbon having a hydroxyl group in the structure. Performing the measurement reduces background luminescence in the measurement of heme or peroxidase.
