(57) [Summary] [Object] To provide an enzyme composition containing chondroitinase. [Structure] A chondroitinase-containing enzyme composition prepared by blending a nonionic surfactant so as to exhibit pH 5 to 9 in a solution state. [Effect] The stability of the active ingredient is high, adsorption to the volume is prevented, and insoluble matter is not generated due to mechanical stress. It is useful as an injectable pharmaceutical preparation for the treatment of disc herniation and the like. |
