[Structure] As an electrolyte of an organic electrolytic solution, for example, lithium boron disalicylate [LiB (-O-C (= O)- C 6 H 4 —O—) 2 ] which becomes an anion center II An organic metal salt in which an electron-withdrawing organic substituent is bonded to an atom of group Ib to group Vb via an oxygen atom, or Or a salt of an organic metal salt system in which an electron-withdrawing organic substituent is bound to an atom of group IIIb to group Vb serving as an anion center, and a counter cation is formed with respect to the anion center atom. An organic metal salt having a molar ratio [metal atom / anion central atom (molar ratio)] of more than 1 is used.
