titleOfInvention High-density integral skin foam
abstract (57) [Summary] [Objective] A polyurethane foam having an integral skin is obtained without using a freon-based foaming agent at all and using a specific polyol component with only water as a foaming agent. [Structure] A polyol comprising 70 parts by weight of a trifunctional polyether polyol having a molecular weight of 6000 and 22.5 parts by weight of a specific bifunctional polyether polyol containing 31% by weight of ethylene oxide, and 7.5 parts by weight of a crosslinking agent, By reacting 2.04 parts by weight of the catalyst, 0.45 parts by weight of water as a blowing agent and 1 part by weight of the pigment, and a polyisocyanate component by reaction injection molding, a polyisocyanate component was added. An integral skin foam having an integral skin layer with a thickness of 5 to 0.8 mm is obtained.
