(57) [Summary] [Objective] To provide a method for direct measurement of platelet activating factor acetylhydrolase which is safe, rapid, convenient and highly accurate in operation using a non-radioactive substrate. [Constitution] A method of measuring a platelet activating factor acetylhydrolase activity by using a PAF analog compound as a substrate and allowing a platelet activating factor acetylhydrolase in a sample to act on the substrate to measure the dicarboxylic acid produced. |
