[Structure] The novel compound 1-hydroxy-2,2,2-trifluoroethylalkylketone was converted into 2-hydroxy- A method in which 3,3,3-trifluoropropionitrile is used as a raw material, reacted with alkyllithium, and then hydrolyzed with a mineral acid. [Effect] There is no fear of increase in viscosity of the reaction system, reaction control is easy, side reactions are suppressed, post-treatment is simple, and efficient and high-yield production is possible. |
