[Structure] A method for reducing bitterness, which comprises adding a glycerin diester of a fatty acid to an orally ingested substance such as a drug or food having a bitterness, and 0.01% by weight of a glycerin diester of a fatty acid to an orally ingested substance having a bitterness. A composition with reduced bitterness, which is characterized by being added as described above.
