abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] A hollow fiber membrane-type blood composed of a mixture of cellulose triacetate and cellulose diacetate, and having a sieving coefficient of albumin of 0.1 or less and a sieving coefficient of myoglobin of 0.1 or more. Provide a dialyzer. [Structure] It is composed of a material in which cellulose triacetate and cellulose diacetate are uniformly mixed and dispersed, the weight percentage of cellulose diacetate is in the range of 1 to 50% by weight, and the sieving coefficient of albumin is 0.1 or less. A hemodialyzer in which a hollow fiber membrane having a sieving coefficient of myoglobin of 0.1 or more is housed in a container having an inlet and an outlet, and high-pressure steam sterilization is performed. |
