titleOfInvention | Novel fluorescent substrate compound and fluorescence analysis method for peroxidases using the same |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Object] To provide an oxidative coloring reagent which produces a highly sensitive fluorescent compound by a method of measuring peroxidase in the presence of hydrogen peroxide with an oxidative coloring reagent. [Structure] General formula: (R1 is a carboxyalkyl group, R2 is hydrogen or an alkyl group) A novel p-hydroxyacetanilide derivative (for example, 4- (4'-carboxybutanoylamino) phenol) is used as an oxidative fluorescence reagent, and Quantitatively measure the peroxidase concentration. [Effect] The oxidative fluorescence reagent of the present invention is easy and stable to purify, has a low background in fluorescence measurement, and can measure the peroxidase concentration with high sensitivity. |
