(57) [Summary] [Purpose] To obtain a low-viscosity epoxy resin composition which is less irritating to the human body and has a faster curing rate. An epoxy resin composition in which a liquid epoxy resin, a cyclic alkyl carbonate compound and water are mixed in a specific amount. [Effect] The slow curing speed, which is a drawback when an epoxy resin is diluted with a cyclic alkyl carbonate compound, can be improved by the coexistence of water. |
