abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] A method for quantitatively determining the amount of a chemical substance capable of quantitatively determining the amount of the chemical substance in a short time. [Structure] A terminal 44 of a crystal resonator 30 to which urease of a urea sensor 42 is fixed is connected to an oscillation circuit 46. The oscillator circuit 46 is connected to a generator (power supply) 48. The output terminal of the oscillator circuit 46 is also connected to a frequency counter 50, which is connected to a computer 52. Urea sensor 42 Is immersed in a phosphate buffer 56 of pH 7.2 in beaker 54.
