abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] A polyimide resin having excellent heat resistance, high elasticity, and a coefficient of linear expansion suitable for reducing warpage and curl when used as a laminate with a copper foil. And to provide a polyimide film. [Structure] A polyimide resin composed of 3,3 ′, 4,4′-benzophenone tetracarboxylic dianhydride, pyromellitic dianhydride, paraphenylenediamine, and 1,4-bis (4-aminophenoxy) benzene is obtained. With A polyimide film made of the polyimide resin was obtained.
