titleOfInvention Ultrafine particle sol
abstract (57) [Summary] [Structure] The material to be crushed in a solvent has an average particle size of 0.1 m. Ultrafine particle sol obtained by peptizing and crushing using quartz beads of m or less. [Effect] It is possible to pulverize oxynitride, which has been impossible in the past, and at least two or more kinds of particle powders selected from the group consisting of oxides and oxynitrides are integrally pulverized and deflocculated to dissociate different particles. A sol in which two or more kinds of particles are uniformly dispersed can be obtained by suppressing the pressure breakdown of the electric double layer.
