abstract (57) [Summary] (Modified) [Objective] To provide a plastic tube which retains the advantages of plastic and overcomes the drawbacks of low and slow coagulation of plastic. An evacuated blood collection assembly including a plasma treated inner wall surface and an open end covered with a pierceable septum. The inner wall surface is also worn to increase the surface area. The present invention includes a method of making this assembly.
