titleOfInvention | Thermoplastic elastomer composition |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] It can be molded with equipment normally used for molding thermoplastics, and because the olefin copolymer rubber part is crosslinked, it has excellent rubber properties and good fluidity. Therefore, a thermoplastic elastomer composition having excellent moldability and capable of becoming a high-strength product is provided. [Structure] (a) 5 to 85 parts by weight of peroxide-crosslinking olefin copolymer rubber, (b) 10 to 50 parts by weight of peroxide decomposing olefin plastic, (c) Peroxide cross-linking olefin plastics 5-5 A mixture of 5 parts by weight (however, (a) + (b) + (c) = 100 parts by weight) was added in the presence of (d) a metal salt of an α, β-unsaturated carboxylic acid and (e) an organic peroxide. Dynamically heat-treated and partially crosslinked thermoplastic elastomer composition is subjected to dynamic heat treatment immediately after (a), (c), (d) and (e) is added immediately after pre-degradation treatment of (b). And a thermoplastic elastomer composition in which (f) a mineral oil-based softening agent is added after the partial cross-linking reaction is completed by dynamic heat treatment. |
