titleOfInvention Method for producing expandable resin particles containing ceramics
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] It is an object of the present invention to provide expandable particles which contain ceramic powder uniformly as a raw material for producing a lightweight and easy-to-handle ceramic molded body and which can be easily fused by heating. To do. [Structure] First, a vinyl-based resin containing ceramic powder is extruded to form non-expanded particles of uniform size, and then the particles are suspended in an aqueous medium to deposit a vinyl-based monomer on the surface of the particles. The particles are attached and polymerized to form a thin film on the particles, and the particles are impregnated with a foaming agent in the course of this polymerization.
