(57) [Summary] [Purpose] To provide new sialic powder. [Composition] Amorphous sialic acid powder. Manufactured by quick-freezing and freeze-drying sialic acid powder, melting point 131 〜130 ℃ (decomposition point), differential scanning calorimetry (165-200 C. range) and X-ray diffraction pattern (5.degree..ltoreq.2.theta..ltoreq.40.degree. Range), there is no peculiar peak indicating a crystal. [Effect] It is highly reactive and is used as a drug and other raw materials. |
