[Structure] Irradiate a measurement sample with near-infrared light, measure the amount of reflected light or transmitted light, and analyze the chemical component value, physical property value, or comprehensive quality property value of the measurement sample. Condensation state determination means for determining the condensation state of the measurement sample or the measurement sample portion is provided by the temperature / humidity detection means of the atmosphere and the product temperature detection means of the measurement sample, and it is intended to display this.
