abstract (57) [Summary] [Structure] 3 to 15% by weight of a water-soluble inorganic salt, 0.5 to 6% by weight of a thickener comprising a water-soluble polymer, and an average particle size of 0.1. A paste for forming a thin film pattern, which contains 0.1 to 10% by weight of a filler of 2 μm, 1 to 20% by weight of an organic solvent based on alcohol, and 50 to 95% by weight of water. [Effect] It is possible to pattern even a thin film of about 1 μm, The spike phenomenon does not occur either.
