abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] A simple urethane foam that can integrally join a molded product of rigid urethane foam and a resin plate of polypropylene, polyethylene, fluororesin, etc. without using adhesives or jigs. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for joining molded products. [Structure] A base material 2 provided with a plurality of voids 6 is fixed to an opening 3 of a molding mold 1 via a joint 4, and an upper lid 6 is fixed to the upper surface thereof via a spacer 5 having a predetermined height. A gap h of about 1 to 5 mm is provided between the base material 4 and the upper lid 6. An undiluted solution for urethane foam is poured into the molding mold 1 in such an amount as to overflow into the gap h to foam the urethane foam, and the foaming pressure causes the urethane foam to pass through the voids 7 of the base material 2 to form a base material. The locking portion 8 is formed by overflowing into the gap h between the material 2 and the upper lid 6.
