titleOfInvention Cubic boron nitride-based ultra-high pressure sintering material cutting tool with excellent wear resistance
abstract (57) [Summary] [Objective] To provide a cutting tool made of a cubic boron nitride-based ultra-high pressure sintered material, which exhibits excellent wear resistance in high-speed cutting. [Structure] A cutting tool made of a cubic boron nitride-based ultra-high pressure sintering material is a Ti carbon / nitride containing, in volume%, one or more of Ti carbide, nitride, and carbonitride: 20-40%, tungsten carbide: 0.1-2%, aluminum nitride: 1-5%, titanium boride: 3-7%, Aluminum oxide: 5 to 15%, the rest consisting of cubic boron nitride and unavoidable impurities, and the binder phase is Ti carbon / nitride matrix with particle size of 0.5 μm It consists of the following cubic boron nitride based ultra high pressure sintered material having a structure in which the following tungsten carbide, aluminum nitride, titanium boride, and aluminum oxide are dispersed and distributed.
