titleOfInvention Decomposition method and decomposer for hardly decomposable halogenated substances
abstract (57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a decomposing method and a decomposing device for a hardly decomposable halogenated substance which has a high decomposition efficiency and does not contain a toxic substance in the gas produced by the decomposition. [Structure] An explosive combustible solid substance 7 and an igniter 2 are arranged inside a sealed pressure-resistant container 20 composed of a container body 1 and a lid 10, and a sample introduction pipe 3 to which a pressure-resistant valve 12 is connected is provided inside the container 20 from the outside. The persistent decomposer 11 is decomposed by the decomposer in communication. Persistent halogenated substance 1 1 is introduced into the container 20, and the igniter 2 is ignited to explode the explosive combustible solid substance 7. The persistent halogenated substance 11 is decomposed by the high temperature and high pressure generated by the explosion.
