titleOfInvention | Method for measuring crystallinity and ear ratio of rolled material, and apparatus therefor |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] A method and apparatus for measuring the crystallinity and ear ratio of a rolled material capable of quickly, objectively and reliably measuring the crystallinity and ear ratio of a rolled material. [Structure] In this method, first, focused ultrasonic waves are incident on the surface of a hot-rolled sheet 2 at different angles from a number of different main orientations of the texture of the hot-rolled sheet 2 corresponding to a rolled material. , The multiple reflected waves having a predetermined refraction angle included in the ultrasonic waves which are diverged by the incident ultrasonic waves and propagate while being multiple reflected between the front and back surfaces of the hot rolled plate 2 are received respectively. The crystallinity of the hot-rolled sheet 2 is measured based on the difference between the propagation times of the multiple reflected waves. Further, the ear rate of the hot-rolled sheet 2 may be measured based on the measured crystallinity. With the above configuration, it is possible to quickly, objectively and reliably measure crystallinity and ear rate. |
