titleOfInvention Electrolyzed water generator
abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] In producing hypochlorous acid aqueous solution, residual chlorine concentration and pH value are controlled independently. At the same time, the number of parts is reduced, and even if the specifications are different, the number of parts is not increased and it can be used for all purposes. An electrolytic cell 1 is constructed by stacking an electrode plate 6 having a seal packing 8 attached to its outer peripheral edge and a diaphragm plate 9 having a diaphragm 9b that allows passage of ions in any combination in multiple layers. A diaphragmless electrolysis chamber 10a having no diaphragm is formed in a part of the electrolytic cell 1, and electrolyzed water containing hypochlorous acid generated in the diaphragmless electrolysis chamber is introduced into the anode chamber 10 or the cathode chamber 11 to finally form the membrane. Adjust the pH value. All the components such as the electrode plate 6 that form the diaphragmless electrolytic chamber 10a, the anode chamber 10, and the cathode chamber 11 are common.
