titleOfInvention Method of manufacturing substrate for osteoclast evaluation
abstract (57) [Summary] [Objective] To provide a method for producing a substrate for osteoclast evaluation, in which resorption pits formed by the activity of osteoclasts can be easily confirmed. [Structure] First, a glass or crystallized glass containing CaO and SiO 2 as main components, a glass containing Na 2 O and SiO 2 as main components, or a substrate made of calcium phosphate ceramics is prepared. Then, by immersing this substrate in a solution containing calcium ions and phosphate ions, A substrate for osteoclast evaluation in which an apatite film is formed on the surface of a base material is obtained.
