abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] Good color purity, almost spherical particle shape, and narrow particle size distribution. When used as a fluorescent film, the filling degree of phosphor particles and the pixel shape are good. A new sulfide phosphor is provided. [Structure] Any one of ZnS, CdS, and ZnCdS is used as a matrix, and at least one of Ag, Au, and Cu is used as an activator, or it is self-activated without using an activator and co-attached. As an activator, Cl, Br, I, F, Al, Ga, A sulfide phosphor having at least one kind of In and containing Bi and B.
