titleOfInvention | Epoxy resin curing agent and epoxy resin composition |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Structure] 30 to 90 parts of a phenol resin represented by the following general formula (I), containing 40% or more of a bifunctional component with p = 0, and the following general formula: (II) A phenol resin represented by the following formula, which comprises 10 to 70 parts of a phenol resin containing 40% or more of a trifunctional component of q = 1, and contains a polyhydric phenol compound other than the both phenol resins in a range of 30% or less. Epoxy resin curing agent. General formula (I): General formula (II): Q and R in both formulas are a substituent such as a hydrocarbon group or a halogen atom. m and n are integers of 0-4. p is an average value of 1.0 or less, and q is an average value of 0.5 to 2.0. Z is a hydrocarbon group having 5 to 15 carbon atoms. [Effect] This curing agent has a low melt viscosity and can give a cured product having excellent heat resistance, low stress resistance and moisture resistance. |
