titleOfInvention | Adhesive for ferrous metals |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Objective] To provide an adhesive for iron-based metals, which is excellent in workability, heat resistance, and adhesive properties, and whose strength does not decrease even after being adhered at high temperature. [Structure] The adhesive for iron-based metals of the present invention comprises 20 to 80 parts by weight (particularly 50 to 55 parts by weight) of a maleimide compound (A) and 80 to 20 parts of a predetermined methallylphenol compound (B). Parts by weight (particularly 45 to 50 parts by weight, (A) + (B) = 100 parts by weight), and a silane coupling agent (C) In an amount of 0.1 to 10 parts by weight (especially 2 to 4 parts by weight) per 100 parts by weight of the total of (A) and (B). The tensile shear adhesive strength (adhesive material is stainless steel) of this cured product at room temperature is 155 kgf / cm 2 or more (preferably 160 kgf / cm 2 or more, particularly 166 to 172 kgf / c). m 2 ), and shows a value in which the tensile shear adhesive strength at 180 ° C. is almost the same as the tensile shear adhesive strength at room temperature. |
