(57) [Abstract] [Purpose] Precisely manufacturing self-supporting porous green bodies using low pressure and soft batches. The solid ingredients are mixed with a binder and a solvent to form a soft batch. Mold a soft batch into a porous body. The shaped porous green body is contacted with a drying or curing medium to form a self-supporting porous green body. The dry medium or the hardening medium here consists of a liquid in which the solvent is soluble and the solid components and the binder are insoluble. |
