titleOfInvention | Semiconductor laser pumped solid state laser device |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Object] To obtain a semiconductor laser pumped solid-state laser device that reduces optical output noise immediately after laser lighting and does not increase optical output noise even when the solid-state laser output is changed. A heat absorption plate of an electronic cooling element and a semiconductor laser chip are joined together, and either or both of the semiconductor laser chip and the absorption plate of the electronic cooling element are fixed to an optical housing of a solid-state laser device. A heat sink is joined to the heat dissipation plate to thermally insulate the heat sink from the optical housing of the solid-state laser device. |
