titleOfInvention Coal carbonization method
abstract (57) [Summary] [Constitution] A coal carbonization method in which a coke coal containing water is charged into a coke oven chamber (1), which is used after charging the coke coal (2) or after the carbonization. After that, the second layer charge (2 Charge d) and dry. [Effect] Steam generated in the initial stage of carbonization passes through the second layer charge and flows into the upper space (3) of the carbonization chamber. (2c) and the furnace wall (1a) are not deprived of heat, and expansion pressure is not applied to the furnace wall. This makes it possible to achieve both efficiency of dry distillation and extension of life of the furnace body, and improvement and stabilization of coke quality. Moreover, there is no need for capital investment, and the production yield is improved.
