Soil microorganism collection method |
abstract |
(57) [Summary] [Structure] At the initial stage of the microorganism collection operation, soil containing microorganisms is treated with an organic acid buffer solution having a carbon number of 3 or more such as a mixed solution of a citric acid solution and a sodium citrate solution (pH 3.0 to 9. 0) and the soil microorganisms are separated into the supernatant. [Effect] Since it is possible to prevent the flocculation and precipitation of the microorganisms in the suspension, it becomes possible to finally recover the target microorganisms with high yield and high reproducibility. |
