titleOfInvention | Silver halide photographic light-sensitive material |
abstract | (57) [Summary] (Correction) [Purpose] To provide a silver halide photographic light-sensitive material which is excellent in coating uniformity and which is free from stains and improper fixing in the fixing tank. [Structure] At least one surfactant represented by the following formula is used. In the silver halide photographic light-sensitive material containing more than one kind, the ratio of the addition amount of the surfactant satisfies the following condition. X2 / X1 ≧ P where X1 and X2 are, respectively, the surfactant having 5 or less carbon atoms and 6 or more carbon atoms in the unsubstituted linear alkyl moiety in the hydrophobic groups R1 and R2. It is the total amount of the ingredients (defined in the text) added to the light-sensitive material. P is a stain inhibition ratio, and when all the surfactants having a carbon number of 6 or more in the fixing solution are present in the ratio of 5 or less with respect to the surfactants of 5 or less, the sensitivity of the photosensitive material during the fixing process is increased. The ratio is such that the adhesion of dirt and the occurrence of improper fixing are suppressed. |
