[Effect] The light irradiation effect suppresses the asymmetry of the current-voltage characteristics, reduces the direct current voltage application to the liquid crystal, and prevents the flicker phenomenon and the image sticking phenomenon which is an afterimage phenomenon. Further, it is possible to provide a liquid crystal display device having a high contrast and good display quality by preventing light leakage from the opening due to the transparent protrusion. |
