abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] When the amount of chemiluminescent substrate is limited, it takes a short time to reach the maximum value of the luminescence amount, and the maximum value remains constant for a relatively long time. A chemiluminescence assay is provided. [Structure] In a chemiluminescence measurement method in which an excess oxidizing agent is added to a limited amount of chemiluminescent substrate to cause light emission depending on the amount of chemiluminescent substrate present, and the amount of emitted light is measured, the reaction is performed after the oxidizing agent is added. The water-soluble porphyrin (a) and the metal ion (b) are separately added to the liquid to cause light emission and measurement. Examples of the water-soluble porphyrin include mesotetra-4-carboxyphenylporphine and the like, and examples of the metal ion include manganese ion and the like. |
