titleOfInvention | Method for producing butadiene polymer |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Objective] By using a specific catalyst system, it is possible to polymerize with high activity even in a hydrocarbon solvent, the resulting polymer has a high vinyl bond content, and a high vinyl content which is easy to control the molecular weight and melting point. A method for producing a butadiene-based polymer having a bond is provided. [Structure] At least 50 mol% of 1,3-butadiene The conjugated diene containing the above, (A) cobalt compound, (B) Organoaluminum compound represented by R 1 3 Al (R 1 represents an alkyl group, an aryl group, an aralkyl group), (C) water, (D) phorphine compound and (E) Halogen-containing organoaluminum compound represented by R 2 n AlX 3-n (R 2 is an alkyl group, an aryl group, an aralkyl group, X is a halogen atom of fluorine, chlorine, bromine, iodine, n is 0, 1, 1.5, 2), or (F) using a catalyst composed of at least one compound selected from active halogen compounds, polybutadiene in the presence or absence of an inert solvent. A method for producing a butadiene polymer, characterized in that (G) a surfactant is allowed to coexist during the production. |
