abstract (57) [Summary] [Structure] (a) Nonionic surfactant: 10 wt% or more and less than 85 wt%, (b) Porous inorganic powder containing SiO 2 content of 50 wt% or more: 0.2 wt% Above 5% by weight, The total amount of the components (c) and (d) of (c) soap (d) cationic surfactant is 0.1% by weight or more and less than 30% by weight, and the weight ratio is (c) / (d) = 0.5. The mixture is kneaded and mixed uniformly in a range of -50 to form a solid detergent, and then an inorganic powder is added as a grinding aid and the solid detergent is crushed to produce a granular nonionic detergent composition. [Effect] Adhesion to a manufacturing device peculiar to the formulation of a cationic surfactant, exudation of a nonionic surfactant, poor fluidity of a granular nonionic detergent composition, and occurrence of caking can be improved, and a cationic interface can be obtained. By using an activator as an essential component, antistatic ability and flexibility can be imparted to the fiber.
