abstract | (57) [Summary] [Object] To provide an oligonucleotide capable of detecting human herpesvirus type 6 type A, human herpesvirus type B and human herpesvirus type 7 simply, rapidly, specifically and with high sensitivity. [Structure] Sequence Listing ・ Sequence Nos. 1 to 12 (where A is adenine, C is cytosine, G is guanine, and T is thymine). In addition, T at any position may have a homology of 70% or more with the nucleic acid sequence shown in uracil (U) or a human having 70% or more homology with the complementary sequence thereof. An oligonucleotide for detecting herpes virus, a method for conveniently and rapidly detecting HHV-6A, HHV-6B and HHV-7 in a sample using the oligonucleotide or the oligonucleotide as a probe or primer, and a reagent therefor. |
