(57) [Abstract] [Purpose] Development of iron pipes that are safe to the human body during painting and that are coated with a dense and highly corrosion-resistant paint after painting [Structure] Active hydrogen that reacts with at least two isocyanate groups Having a polysiloxane structure containing An iron pipe coated with a solvent-free two-component urethane paint obtained by reacting an isocyanate polyprimer (A) obtained by reacting (a) with an isocyanate (b) and an active hydrogen-containing compound (B). [Effect] The coating material of the present invention is harmless with no problem in industrial hygiene. Form a dense and robust coating film with little foaming during painting. It has characteristics such as low water absorption and no water permeation during use, thus maintaining a long and reliable pipeline. |
