(57) [Summary] [Purpose] The purpose is to manufacture polyurethane foam with integral skin by carbon dioxide gas foaming system. In a method for producing a polyurethane foam with integral skin by a carbon dioxide gas foaming system, a salt of an organic carboxylic acid and a tertiary amine is used as a swelling agent. [Effect] A polyurethane foam with integral skin having a low free-blowing density, no foam blister and good moldability can be obtained. |
