titleOfInvention | Method for producing graft copolymer powder |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] A method for producing a graft copolymer powder that has good thermal stability when formed into a molded product and has excellent powder properties such as blocking resistance by a simple process. To provide. [Structure] Emulsified graft-polymerized latex using an emulsifier containing a fatty acid salt as a main component is made into a coagulated slurry using an acid, and then an alkaline substance such as a sodium-containing compound is added to make it excessively present. Graft characterized by neutralizing the acid used, and then adding 0.1 to 1.5 equivalents of an alkaline substance such as calcium and magnesium hydroxide to the carboxylic acid group of the emulsifier, followed by dehydration and drying. Method for producing copolymer powder. |
