titleOfInvention Polyurethane foam integrally molded product and manufacturing method thereof
abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] A molded product obtained by integrally molding a skin material and a polyurethane foam raw material, which has good gas escape during foaming and curing of the foam raw material and does not generate bubbles. In addition, a headrest having a soft surface layer and a soft feel can be obtained. [Composition] Acrylic polyester is lined on the back of the moquette, and its air permeability is 0.13 cm 3 / cm 2. A skin material having a speed of 1 / second was sewn into the shape of a headrest of a passenger car, the skin cover was housed in a foam mold, and a foam raw material was injected into the skin cover to foam and cure. The foaming pressure was 1.3 kg / cm 2 . After foaming and curing, the mold was removed to obtain a headrest having a moquette surface and a polyurethane foam inside.
