abstract (57) [Summary] [Object] An object of the present invention is to provide an appliance for eating and drinking, which is energy-saving and can easily improve the taste of food and drink in a short time. [Structure] The eating and drinking and cooking utensil according to the present invention has a structure in which a titanium oxide film is coated on the surface, and electrons and holes are generated in the titanium oxide film on the surface of the device upon receiving light such as sunlight or electric light. By the action, the clusters of water in food and drink can be reduced to improve the taste of food and drink.
